As usual, your mileage may vary, but the hours-long outage now seems to be fixed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/status.playstation.com\/en-US\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/status.playstation.com\/en-US\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">official PlayStation Status page notes<\/a> that, &#8220;All services are up and running.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The outage earlier today was severe. All services were initially impacted, including account management, gaming and social, PlayStation Video, PlayStation Store, and PlayStation Direct.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/downdetector.co.uk\/status\/playstation-network\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/downdetector.co.uk\/status\/playstation-network\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">website Downdetector<\/a> notes that the PSN issues had been going on for hours before things improved. People reported issues with logging in, launching games, and connecting to servers.<\/p>\n<figure data-wp-interactive=\"core\/image\" data-wp-context='{ \"core\": { \"image\": { \"initialized\": true } } }' class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" data-ref-id=\"1831523\" data-wp-on--click=\"actions.core.image.showLightbox\" style=\"cursor: zoom-in\" height=\"623\" width=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gamespot.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/Screenshot-2026-07-24-at-3.28.53-PM.png?w=636\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1831523\"><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">And&#8230;. we&#8217;re back!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Whenever the PSN goes down, it&#8217;s unfortunate, but the timing was especially tough for people wanting to try the Marvel Tokon multiplayer beta that started today, July 24.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;We&#8217;re aware that some PlayStation players are experiencing login and network issues. Our team is actively investigating the problem and working to identify the cause. We&#8217;ll share updates as soon as we have more information,&#8221; the developers <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/MARVELTokon\/status\/2080634440670191989\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/x.com\/MARVELTokon\/status\/2080634440670191989\">wrote<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the PlayStation Status page, Sony wrote, &#8220;We&#8217;re working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
